Liner Hanger Services
|
- The model RPSB hanger uses the unique tongue
and groove slip design for superior performance.
- Unique design of the slip and hanger body reduces
potential cone collapse due to liner loads.
- Protected slip while running in.
- Hydraulic set ( mechanical set also offered).
- Hanging capacities beyond standard slip and cone
liner hangers.
- Run on model D setting tool (mechanical release).
- Solid body and welded body construction.
- Designed to maximize circulating area.
- 8rd and buttress threads are standards.
- l80 and p110 are standards.
- They are weight set packers (except the HLT-H.
- They can be set at any time during cementing operation
by using a tamping dog assembly.
- Element is secured in the set position by an internal
lock ring.
- They are built with slips for higher hanging capabilities.
- The packer is run in a second trip after the liner
has been cemented and the liner setting tool retrieved.
- Bottom seal nipple stings into an existing tie
back on top of a previously set liner.
- Hydraulic or mechanical set design.
- High temperature and high pressure design.
- Anti swab packer element design.
- Full bore packer.
- Consist of seal mandrel, seal units, half mule
shoe, spacers as required by tie back length and
a locator which lands on top of the existing equipment.
- Mule Shoe configuration aids in stabbing and provides
smooth re-entry for wire line equipment.
- Seal units to meet any well environment.
- Manufactured from alloy steel to meet liners properties.
- Optional cement port available.
- Provides right hand rotation of string with tool
in tension, compression or neutral position. After
actuating the hydraulic piston, the tool can be
retrieved by straight pull. In the event that the
primary hydraulic features fails, the tool may be
released by approximately 6 turns with a left hand
rotation. This will preclude accidental release.
- Suspends the drill pipe weight from the top drive
assembly.
- Heavy duty swivel permit manipulation of the work
string without having to break down the cement line.
- Connects the cementing line to the running string
during liner cementing operation and while rotating
the string.
- Retains the drill pipe plug in position so the
plug can be released after the cement job.
- Fluid flow through the manifold is directed either
above or below the plug by external valve.
- Ball drop sub is available for use for with a
hydraulic setting tool.
