Our staff training, whether external or internal, encompasses all aspects of our operations,
whether it is along the line of communication, computer skills, ethics, quality initiatives,
customer service, human relations, safety practices or job-specific training. We know too
well that a well-trained staff is far more productive than an untrained colleague working in
the same role.
As part of our effort to make our business stay competitive, we encourage our staff to be
active members of relevant professional bodies. For staff above certain grade level, Ciscon
will be responsible for payment of annual susbcriptions to such bodies.
